Welcome to Campa Sites! By choosing to collaborate with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are set in place to ensure smooth communication, efficient project management, and mutual understanding between us.

Please take a moment to review them thoroughly before proceeding with any services or payments.

1. 💵 Deposit & Payment Terms

• A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date. This deposit covers initial planning, research, and the time allocated to your project. Work will not commence until the deposit is received and processed.
  
  

• The deposit is non-refundable, even if the project is canceled or paused for any reason. This protects my time and resources and ensures that I can allocate time specifically to your project.
  
  

• The remaining balance will be due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are transferred or made fully public.
  
  

• Accepted payment methods will be specified prior to each project, and payment must be completed in full to proceed with the project.
  
  

2. 🗓️ Scheduling & Timelines

• Timelines will be established in advance based on the scope of work and client requirements. If delays occur due to missing content, feedback, or changes requested by the client, the timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
  
  

• If communication from the client is unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project may be considered abandoned, and additional fees may apply to restart or reschedule.
  
  

• I reserve the right to reschedule or extend project timelines due to unexpected circumstances or emergencies. Rest assured, clear communication will always be a priority to ensure we stay on track.
  
  

3. 🧠 Scope of Work

• The scope of work for each project will be clearly outlined before starting. If you require services beyond the agreed-upon deliverables, additional charges may apply. This could include extra features, customizations, or integrations not originally discussed.
  
  

• Two rounds of revisions are typically included in the project. Any additional rounds of revisions or changes requested beyond that may result in extra fees.
  
  

• Before going live, you will be asked to approve the final design. Once approved, no further revisions will be made without incurring additional costs.
  
  

4. 🖥️ Ownership & Access

• Upon final payment, you will receive full access to your project and are free to manage and update it as needed. Support for ongoing management or guidance on specific features may be provided for an additional fee.
  
  

• You retain full ownership of all materials provided to us for the project, such as content, logos, images, and text.
  
  

5. 🔒 Confidentiality

• All information shared between us during the project, including business details, branding elements, and creative concepts, will be kept strictly confidential.
  
  

• Your completed project may be featured in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. If you would prefer not to have your site showcased, just let me know!
  
  

6. ⚠️ Cancellations & Refund Policy

• The $500 deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned if the project is canceled at any stage, including before work begins or during the development process.
  
  

• If the project is canceled after work has begun, you will be billed for any work completed, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
  
  

• No refunds will be provided once work has been completed and delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the final deliverables before project completion.
  
  

7. 👋 Communication & Expectations

• Clear and timely communication is essential to the success of your project. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.
  
  

• You will receive regular updates and requests for feedback as we progress. To avoid delays, please respond promptly to any communication.
  
  

• If communication lapses for a prolonged period, I may pause or cancel the project, and the deposit will not be refunded.
  
  

8. 🧾 Legal & Liability

• You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide for your website (text, images, logos, etc.) is lawful and original. We are not responsible for any legal issues or copyright infringement resulting from the use of third-party materials without proper permission.
  
  

• While every effort will be made to ensure your website meets best practices, it is your responsibility to ensure that the site complies with all relevant legal, accessibility, and privacy regulations.
  
  

• I am not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of your website, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or any other adverse effects.
